  • How do I schedule an appointment?

  • How long is each session?
    Sessions can be 55, or 110 minutes long, depending on what feels most aligned for you and the best match for your system.
  • What is the cost of Therapy?
    My hourly rate is $180
  • Do you take insurance?
    I am not currently accepting insurance. I can provide superbills on request for you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network expenses.
  • How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
    The first session is primarily aimed at getting to know each other and a feel for what working together would be like. If you feel that we are a good match, we can decide on continuing to work together. However, there is no obligation to do so. What feels most important to me is co-creating an environment conducive for deep exploration of ALL your parts, particularly the ones that feel hardest to bring forward.
  • How often would I come to Therapy?
    That depends entirely on your system’s needs. Based on my experience, weekly sessions for a period of at least three months can greatly support the client in creating significant shifts. Some choose shorter and less frequent periods, while others use therapy as a long term tool, which becomes their life philosophy and an integral part of their self-care and discovery. There is no single answer to this question, and I’m happy to discuss in more detail when we connect.
  • Is what we discuss in sessions confidential?
    What you share with me is largely confidential. Important to note, there are exceptions to confidentiality. Those being, if you express an intent to harm yourself or others, as well as report harm towards a child or an elder. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor I have a duty to warn in the above situations and would be required to notify emergency services to aid in assisting those in harm's way.
  • Where is your office located?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    My cancellation policy requires notice of cancellation at least 48 business hours (excludes weekends) prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note, if the session is canceled in less than 48 business hours, the full session fee will be charged.
