Nature-Based Therapy
Nature has long provided a powerful healing effect on people. Today, many of us are disconnected from our natural habitat by living and working in a world inundated by technology and concrete. It's no wonder why many individuals feel isolated, alone, and cut off from a deeper and peaceful sense of self. I have found that utilizing the outdoors as a therapeutic tool and setting helps many individuals cultivate new awarenesses, build self-reliance, and connect with a more expansive capacity to heal.
*Nature-based sessions are offered at a minimum of 2 hours in length.
